Terms of service~♡

Please read carefully!
The following is intended to be a guide for all of my art, whether it's a public post or a commissioned piece.

  1. Commissions are for personal,
    non-commercial use only!!!

  • I maintain full rights to and over my work. Non-negotiable.

  • You may NOT reproduce, sell, or merchandise my work for profit.

  • You may NOT claim my work as your own, even in collabs.

  • You MUST credit me by mentioning/tagging one of my social media accounts when using on public platforms.
    (e.g. when used as a profile pic on social media, but not when used for your personal lockscreen)

  1. My art (in-full or any part) is not permitted, under any circumstance, to be used for or associated with non-fungible tokens (NFTs) or cryptocurrencies in any way.

  2. My art (in-full or any part) is not, under any circumstance, permitted to be used in AI and/or AI-related programmes, services, or training models.

  3. I reserve the right to decline any commission or request that I feel uncomfortable with, and will make this intention clear before accepting any payment.
    NOTE: Should a payee send me any form of payment in an attempt to coerce me to accept a commission/request, I will NOT be responsible for refunding this amount as it was done prior to my consent or an agreement between both parties involved.

  4. I will not start any commissioned project until I have received payment (as discussed privately between myself and the payee) for the project via PayPal or Ko-Fi.

  5. I would like to post my commissions on my own social media account(s), but I can postpone this if the piece is meant to be a gift that you'd like to unveil yourself.

  1. You send an email or DM inquiring about a commission

  2. We discuss how it'll be priced based on the type of drawing you're looking for

  3. I encourage you to send me reference photos to help me ensure your commission turns out perfect!

  4. I will decide on the final price to be paid based on how complex the request is (see below for examples)

  5. You pay in full via PayPal or Ko-Fi, before I get started on the commission ♡
